We offer both outright payment and flexible payment plans, which typically require a 50% initial payment, with the remaining balance spread across the construction period until project completion, subject to the applicable terms for the development. Our property purchase process involves the following key documents:

• Know Your Customer (KYC) Form: Interested buyers are required to complete a KYC form to provide the necessary information for the transaction.
• Offer Letter: Once your KYC information has been received and processed, an offer letter is prepared for your review and signature.
• Proof of Payment: Upon accepting the offer, you are required to make payment into the designated account provided in the offer letter and submit the relevant proof of payment.
• Contract of Sale: Following confirmation of payment and completion of the necessary documentation, a Contract of Sale is issued to formalise the transaction.
• Allocation Letter: Upon completion of the development and fulfilment of the applicable purchase requirements, an allocation letter is issued to confirm your property allocation.
